The Safety Seminar is an annual seminar required by the department. If you are not be able to attend the seminar, please respond with an e-mail message to petersoj@msu.edu or by completing the bottom portion of this message and returning it to Ms. JoAnn Peterson, Graduate Secretary.

In addition to this seminar, laboratory workers are required to take additional training that will be reviewed at the seminar. Undergraduate employees or independent study students are not required to attend the departmental seminar, but are required to complete ORCBS training. This will be reviewed and clarified at the seminar.

I will not attend the CHEMS Department Safety Seminar.
